    Excellent and Trustworth local dealer!

    We purchased our first car (Jeep Compass) from Leeds Motor Cars, and although we were initially hesitant, the overall experience was excellent and great value for money. Shortly after buying the car, we discovered a minor coolant leak, which caused me some concern. However, Adam handled the situation calmly and ensured the issue was resolved with top-notch after-sales service.Highly recommended!

    Adam was really helpful from the first phone call to enquire about the car I was looking at. As I live 150 miles away from the dealership he sent me photos so I could get a closer look at it, to make sure I was happy before buying it. The delivery driver let him down last minute so in the end he delivered it personally, as he knew I was stuck without transport!!The car is exactly as described and I couldn't be happier with the service that Adam and his company have provided - top bloke and a first class company to deal with. Definitely recommend!

    Dealer couldn’t be bothered to attend appointment

    I travelled a long way to view a car, and was met by someone who knew nothing about the car as the dealer couldn’t be bothered to attend himself, despite me booking the appointment days in advance. The car was damaged and had multiple scratches and scrapes that weren’t included in the photos, or mentioned during two initial phone calls asking about the condition. Far overpriced compared to other car dealers, don’t waste your time

    Hi Veronika, i booked your appointment over the phone and I didn’t specify who would be meeting you weather it was me, the business owner or my staff members. Which does not affect you viewing the car. You then mentioned to me you had seen other cars with double the mileage for £1500 less I told you there was a difference in mileage hence the price been different. You told me your budget was around that and I told this was something we could not do for you accepting £1500 less on a car is not profitable for my business. I did mention on the phone you would be wasting your time viewing as i will not deduct £1500 from the price. You still wanted to go ahead with your appointment, which i booked in for you. The member of staff gave you the keys at your appointment and left you to have a look around the car. All the information regarding the car you was viewing including the history is all online for anyone to view.You wanted to test drive the car because you were interested in it. After the test drive you picked on a few small stone chips and said the rear bumper has been painted at some point according to you,, as you know the car is 10 years old with very low mileage which explains the price of the car. After the test drive you then offered my colleague £1500 less despite you knowing this was already spoken about with the business owner and the offer was declined. I know you had travelled over to come and view the car but as i said on the phone multiple times the price you offered was not to be accepted. To then leave us a negative review regarding this situation is hurtful to a business when we specified it all to you before the appointment . Further to that the car was sold for the full asking price as it was priced on history and mileage. We pride ourself on customer service and do not appreciate a negative review on this situation.

    Buyers be wary.

    Sold me a car that has two faults. One of the guys that works there tried to arrange it getting sorted but the mechanic they told me to go to was ridiculous and refused to let me use my own. When coming to asking for my money back as the repairs weren’t getting done they just kept saying we’d rather fix the issue. I’ve had to spend my own money to try put things right as every time I phone them I get no answer.

    Drive all the way up from East Sussex and was warmly welcomed by Adam and his team with good northern hospitality , guided through everything and even given a complimentary bottle of wine in a Leeds car company box , wash Adam and co all the best for future .

    False advertising

    Test drove a car advertised with full service history. Lovely car & initially happy to purchase. Ended up rushed as near closing time and didn't get to see the service book. Took the car on good faith, only to see when home that the 'full' service history was from 2012 to 2016 and no later. Advised this was an admin error. Decided we didn't want the car because of this & the garage agreed to take it back & give a full refund. The car has now been re-advertised with no changes to the description. Happy that a refund has been made but not impressed that despite it being pointed out, the advert has not been amended. Would not look here again.

    Hi when the car was delivered back to us for your refund we got Intouch with the previous keeper which told us a stack of invoices where left in the car under the seat so yes it does have full service history hence why it’s advertised as and was also serviced by our service centre when the mot was carried out like i explained to yourself. Just because it’s not stamped in the book doesn’t mean it didnt have full service history I was more than fair to offer you a full refund based on this minor issue before even asking for a refund Regards Adam

    Needed to buy a Car Online to be delivered and saw a Beautiful Citreon C3 Exclusive. Sent them a message and they called me back. They gave me all the information I needed. I was very sceptical at first but the Salesman (sorry I can't remember his name) put my mind at rest and asked me to read the reviews which I did and the reviews say a lot about this wonderful Company. We spoke on the 19th of June and the Car was delivered today 20th June. Absolutely Stunning Car, just as described. I even found a lovely bottle of wine in the Car. This Company is so Thoughtful, the little touches mean a lot. Thankyou so much Leeds Motor Cars Ltd, you delivered Outstanding Service and you've made me one Very Happy Lady.
